HANDS-FREE VIDEO CAPTURE

AIRDOG’s latest release, the ADII camera drone, is the future of handsfree video capture. This is the new generation of a high performance, auto-follow camera drone that is set for delivery next month.

ADII prides itself in being the only camera drone in the market that has been specially developed for hands-free capture right from the get go. There is no need for manned operation, allowing the user total active freedom without having to sacrifice on content capture quality.

The built-in artificial intelligence offers customisable flight trajectories that allows more dynamic angles and obstacle avoidance, while there are scenic-capture modes that ensure unique filming perspectives.

A pro-grade camera stabilisation system and an auto-record system offers smooth, framed, professional-grade footage even if the device has to go through some of the more challenging elements during recording, including high speeds, wind, water and abrupt elevation, as well as terrain changes.

Surely cycling and rock climbing are considered “tame” sports for the ADII, as it would be at home in capturing one on a trail run, when surfing, going on a rough mountain bike ride, wake-boarding, and mot- orsports. This is made possible, thanks to the durable, lightweight, and waterproof “AirLeash” tracking device that enables hands-free action with simple controls.

The accompanying backlit LCD interface will feature simple flight, start-up tutorials and preset, sport, and customisable modes in addition to automated creative modes that are useful when it comes to capturing scenery. ADII is priced at US$1,500 (RM6,440).
