Sentul development comprises 473 units with starting price of RM600 per sq ft
FAJARBARU Builder Group Bhd has launched Rica Residence@Sentul, its maiden residential property project.
The development in Sentul, which has a gross development value of RM280 million, comprises a 39-storey tower with 473 serviced residential units.
With a starting price of RM600 per sq ft and built-up spaces ranging between 657 sq ft and 1,238 sq ft, they include studios as well as two-bedroom and dual-entry units.
Fajarbaru Builder executive director Eric Kuan Khian Leng said the property developer had sold 70 per cent of Rica Residence @ Sentul units during its private preview roadshows.
Rica Residence @ Sentul is located 150m from the Mass Rapid Transit 2 (MRT2) station.
“We believe public transport is the de facto mode of transportation and, thus, with the completion of MRT2 in 2022 and the completion of our project in 2021, it will have a significant positive impact on our purchasers,” said Kuan.
Targeting young families as well as investors, he said Fajarbaru Builder had made Rica Residence @ Sentul units affordable while providing all the sought-after comforts and amenities.
