Global Oriented to sell units for RM11m

Global Oriented Bhd is disposing of its entire stake in six subsidiary companies for RM11 million. In its filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said it was selling Prima Pengkalan, Champion Vista, Vista Versatile, First Integrated and Ultimate Destiny to Trillion Benchmark for RM9.8 million; and Dekad Sinaran to Rosmanira Junoh and Gan Wei Pin for RM1.2 million. “The abovementioned companies are principally engaged in food and beverage business,” it said.
