Wrong is wrong. Right is right. If the car has no OKU sticker or OKU occupants inside, it should not be parked in an OKU space. That area is not a designated parking spot. There is no demarcation line to indicate that. Next time, use Uber.

It should have been done in a polite way to convince the officer that she has an OKU (handicapped person) in the car, instead of shouting at the officer and threatening him with a steering lock.

That’s not a good enough reason, but maybe the government should start giving OKU parking stickers to spouses or family members of OKU individuals to ease their pain. Then, again, others may start abusing these stickers.

This is why I say she needs counselling. Not arrested. I think she was too stressed. She displayed all the signs. Looking after a disabled person can be stressful.
