Wrong is wrong. Right is right. If the car has no OKU sticker or OKU occupants inside, it should not be parked in an OKU space. That area is not a designated parking spot. There is no demarcatio­n line to indicate that. Next time, use Uber.

Jegan Raj:

It should have been done in a polite way to convince the officer that she has an OKU (handicappe­d person) in the car, instead of shouting at the officer and threatenin­g him with a steering lock.

Nalin-e Shan:

That’s not a good enough reason, but maybe the government should start giving OKU parking stickers to spouses or family members of OKU individual­s to ease their pain. Then, again, others may start abusing these stickers.

Lim Tan:

This is why I say she needs counsellin­g. Not arrested. I think she was too stressed. She displayed all the signs. Looking after a disabled person can be stressful.
