Dil Badruddin: Didn’t take long to look it up. The status of the school from simpeni.islam.gov.my is ‘tidak berdaftar’ (unregistered). Poor kids. May they be placed in heaven.

Aishah Azahar: I need to change my home grille too. The Fire and Rescue Department needs to be strict and do check-ups in kindergartens, schools, universities and colleges too.

Weng Kit: Parents, please check your children’s school’s safety levels and facilities before enrolling your children. Don’t just enrol for the sake of the school name or cheap school fees.

Liz Yahaya: Very sad news. Takziah to all the families. This is a clear sign that all tahfiz school should now be legislated.

Bo Cat: I had a hunch that this building was built without the approval of the authorities. There are many kampung houses which are built this way or on ‘tanah lot’. Don’t be so quick to blame the authorities. The responsibility lies with the owners first and foremost.
