Close family members were seen wiping their tears under the tent covering the grave.

The rest of the victims were laid to rest at Muslim cemeteries at several locations while the two wardens were buried in Kelantan and Perak, respectively.

Jenazah prayers were performed earlier at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital surau. Victims were identifed via DNA testing.
