Petronas Dagangan offers cash, gift vouchers worth RM72m

KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PDB) is offering six million cash and gift vouchers worth RM72 million, beginning December 12 until end-February next year, for its year-end nationwide campaign.

PDB said customers would be guaranteed to walk away with one mystery voucher during the 12-week campaign with a minimum purchase of RM20 petrol and buy of promotiona­l items at Kedai Mesra or any range of Petronas Syntium (3L/4L).

The mystery vouchers comprise cash worth RM5,000, RM1,000, RM500 and RM100 as well as bigticket prizes including smartphone­s, one-year supply of shoes by Zalora and 4L Petronas Syntium 3000 5W-40.

PDB head of retail business Aadrin Azly said “The Only Game Where Everybody Wins” campaign aims to share Petronas success this year with customers by rewarding them with prizes and is in line with its commitment to provide customers with greater value for money.

“We always believe in rewarding our customers who have fuelled our success as we have fuelled their journey.

“We also understand the challenges most people face amid the rising cost of living,” he said in a statement yesterday.

Azly added that the campaign aims to show everyone that they can be winners and enjoy more savings and rewards whenever they spend at Petronas.

Throughout this campaign, customers will walk away with discount vouchers by Lazada, Zalora, G’zox, Digi, Grab, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, Rotiboy, McDonald’s, Burger King, Subway and Tealive.

PDB will also be giving away RM5 Petronas vouchers, free Mornings@Mesra breakfast combos and a RM5 discount on any range of Petronas Syntium (3L/4L).

The domestic marketing arm of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) said it had recently revised its loyalty point structure to three Mesra points for every litre spent on all types of fuels, including Petronas Primax 95 and 97, Dynamic Diesel Euro 2 and Euro 5.

The company also said the revised point structure is the best on offer in the local fuel retail market as it allows customers faster and easier redemption, in addition to the daily rewards.

The campaign will be rolled out at more than 1,000 Petronas stations nationwide with more than 750 Kedai Mesra convenienc­e stores.
