She said she had always been in the pink of health, and did not understand what was happening to her at the time.
“It was as though my body was shutting down. I thought I was going to die,” she said, recalling the incident when met at a product launch of Sugardoll at Flora Terrace in Kuala Lumpur recently.
She also shared an emotional moment when she was on her way to hospital with Shuib, her husband.
“I asked Shuib for forgiveness as I was afraid that the situation I was in would take a turn for the worse; anything could happen, you will never know. But, when I sought forgiveness from Shuib, he panicked even more.”
The Kesetiaan singer admitted that lately, her eating pattern had been irregular due to her busy schedule.
“I am thankful to have jobs coming in, but I forgot that my health should come first. There were days when I skipped meals, did not consume my health supplements and did not drink enough water.
“I think it was a combination of everything that led to low blood pressure,” she said, denying allegations that she went on an extreme diet to slim down.
Siti Sarah’s schedule is packed till the middle of next year, and this episode has taught her to be more cautious when it comes to her health and wellbeing.
