UTMSPACE offers Executive Degree

-

UTMSPACE as a lifelong centre of learning is offering an Executive Degree programme after a resounding success in nurturing human capital through its Executive Diploma and Professional Diploma programmes.

This part-time Executive Degree programme is a collaboration between UTMSPACE and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia’s Faculty of Management.

The programme provides a path for diploma-holders in executive and professional programmes to continue their studies for a two-year Executive Degree programme in Business Administration.

For enrolment into the programme, requirements include having an executive diploma in management from UTMSPACE, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, or any equivalent qualifications from certified institutions.

Applicants are also required to have at least two years of work experience in technical or non-technical fields, or need to pass the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning MQA.

With flexible entry requirements, UTMSPACE provides convenience for students to enrol in the programme.

Students should take this opportunity to boost their qualifications in line with the demands of the workforce to possess additional skills and qualifications. They will stand better chances for promotion and career growth.

Additional qualifications for workers in the private sector as well as in the industry would increase their work quality and alleviate the family’s economy. It takes hard work and dedication of students to push themselves further to succeed in their chosen career path.

For working individuals, weekend classes will suit well with their busy work schedule and family commitment. Those with an executive diploma will find this programme to be one of the ways to expand knowledge amid its flexibility and practical setting to cater to working individuals.

Classes will be conducted at UTMSPACE Kuala Lumpur and UTM Skudai in Johor Baru.

Upon graduation, students will be celebrated in an annual convocation at UTM Johor.

To finance their studies, students can apply for education withdrawal of Account 2 of the Employees Provident Fund.

To do this, students need to have at least three credits in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia. Working students can self-finance their studies.

Online registration for the February intake is open until Feb 4.

For online registration, applicants can email supporting documents and a money order for RM50 to fairos@utmspace.edu.my.

The result of applications will be announced in the registration system.

An open registration will be held at UTMSPACE in Johor Baru on Jan 24.
