SOLAR-POWERED SECURITY CAMERA

-

THE Reolink Argus 2 is a wireless solar-powered security camera that boasts a long-lasting rechargeable battery which is charged via the included solar panel.

This makes it the perfect round-the-clock surveillance solution that keeps on running in the unlikely event of a brownout or blackout. It is also smart enough to support flexible powering options, and its long-running rechargeable battery is able to deliver up to six months’ of power on a full charge.

Being weatherproof in nature, the Reolink Argus 2 can be easily installed anywhere around the home, where it will be connected to the Reolink Solar Panel through a microUSB cable for non-stop power supply.

When dusk falls, the Reolink Argus 2’s starlight colour night vision powered by Sony highlysensitive image sensor provides the relevant visual details, making it a snap to identify people, vehicles and other details regardless of the time and day in 1080p high definition video.

There is also an integrated 130-degree wide-angle sensitive PIR motion sensor, allowing the Reolink Argus 2 to detect human movement. Upon doing so, it will send real-time motion alerts via an app and email to a designated number, trigger the siren alarm and record what it sees to a mounted microSD memory card.

The Reolink Argus 2 retails at US$129.99 (about RM500) and is available globally, accompanied by a two-year limited warranty.
