‘PAKATAN WILL FALL IN SELANGOR’
State govt has frozen allocations for 13 Pas reps, says Sallehen
THE 14th General Election (GE14) will see Pakatan Harapan fall in Selangor, said Selangor Pas commissioner Sallehen Mukhyi.
He said this was because the PKR-led state government had frozen allocations for 13 Pas state representatives.
Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali had claimed that the freeze was due to a “technical problem”.
“Today, we (Pas assemblymen) are denied the allocation from the Selangor government. Selangor Pas is suffering the same fate as Terengganu Pas, as they too did not get the allocation from their state government.
“Perhaps, Azmin thought that if he did not give us the allocation, it would dampen our efforts to win the hearts of the people. This means that he (Azmin) does not depend on Allah, but on money.”
As reported in Harakah Daily, during the 10th anniversary of Pakatan Harapan, all assemblymen, except Pas representatives, were given the chance to speak about their achievements.
“He (Azmin) requested RM612,000 from the state government to organise the programme and, yet, three Pas members were humiliated,” he said at the launch of the 58th Kemaman Pas annual general meeting at Dewan Mujamma Pusat Pengajian Taman Islam on Saturday.
Sallehen, who is also Sabak assemblyman, reminded party members of how the BN government in Selangor collapsed when former menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo humiliated state government agencies by presenting them with a broom each for failing to perform.
“Khir’s insulting action made the people hate him. Government officers were insulted by Khir and BN collapsed in Selangor.
“Today, 13 Pas state representatives are humiliated by PKR. Pakatan Harapan will fall in Selangor, InsyaAllah,” he said.
Sallehen said Pas’s struggle was not dependent on human beings, but on assistance from Allah.
He said money could not tame the hearts of the people, only Allah could do that.
