‘Good reputation in education excellence’

The syllabus of the Foundation programme in TAR UC is designed, developed and delivered with the aim of equipping students with the solid foundation so that students are able to cope with the academic demands of TAR UC’s bachelor’s degree programmes.

TAR UC’s Foundation programme is also designed to stimulate independent learning and thinking skills amongst the students as these skills are no longer an option but a necessity for tertiary education.

Lau Kim Hui who is currently studying the Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Electrical and Electronics in TAR UC is one of the many students who is reaping the benefits of pursuing TAR UC’s Foundation programme.

“Besides doing my own research on where to pursue my Foundation, a number of relatives highly recommended me to study in TAR UC because TAR UC has a very good reputation in terms of providing excellent education.

“I discovered that what I heard about this institution is actually very true.

“The Foundation programme is comprehensive and intensive which really helps me to fully understand the fundamentals of the Bachelor degree programme that I am currently undertaking,” he explained.

Meanwhile, another student Jerome Looi Jun Qi, completed the Foundation programme in TAR UC and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Business (Hons) Accounting and Finance in TAR UC’s Penang Branch Campus.

“What attracted me to pursue my Foundation in TAR UC is the wide selection of courses available and the very affordable fees.

“Although the Foundation programme is only for a year, the syllabus for the Foundation programme is still very comprehensive.

“As such, the subjects that I am studying for my Bachelor degree programme are easy to comprehend as I understand the essential basics which I have gained from my Foundation,” he remarked.
