IN the spirit of Ramadan this year, the Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur wishes to bring its visitors down memory lane, with a mixture of bazaar and village settings with the best Malay cuisines served. Patrons will also be entertained by a ghazal performance while enjoying their ‘berbuka puasa’ with family and friends. Feast upon local delecatable choices of menu such as Kerabu Taugeh dan Pegaga, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Daun Selom, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Ayam, Ikan Masin Sepat, Ikan Masin Bulu Ayam, Telur Masin, Paru-Paru Berlada, Pedal Hati Ayam Masak Cili, Tempeh, Acar Buah, Acar Rampai, Daging Dendeng, Ayam Masak Lada Hitam, Kambing Masak Merah including selections from an international buffet spread with Stir-fried Crab with Basil Leaf, Lebanese Chicken Tagine, Indian Style Lamb Masala, Vegetable Jelfrezi, Salmon Roll filled with Seafood Mousse on Creamed Spinach, Mini Beef Steak with Mushroom Ragout, Fried Mussel with Chilli and Hot Bean Sauce, to name a few.

Serving dishes such as Nasi Lemak Lobster, Ikan Bakar & Otak-Otak, Lemang, Satay, Pasta, Oxtail Soup and Uncle Bakri Fried Chicken. End the blissful evening delight with our dessert spread such as Seasonal Fresh Fruits, Assorted Malay kuih and cookies, Mango Charlotte, Pandan Chiffon Cheese Cake, Chocolate Brownies, Fruit Flan, Mixed Berry Panna Cotta, Agar–Agar Santan, Apple Crumble Pie, Coconut Banana Tart, Fresh Berry Almond Financier Cake, Pudding Caramel and Red Velvet Cake.
BTHKL’s Bazaar Ramadhan Buffet will be held until June 14, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at the Big Apple Restaurant, Level 14. From June 10–14, the price for adult is RM128 nett while it’s RM58 nett for a child.
Until June 9, the price per adult is RM138 nett while the price for a child is RM68 nett. Grab Early Bird vouchers now at only RM100 nett per adult.
For our guests and customers who look forward to a mouth-watering nasi biryani as their break fast meal, we have Ramadan Special: Nasi Biryani Take Away with an option of Chicken or Lamb, prepared by our very own Chef Yusoff.
