Bestinet appraised at CMMI maturity level 3

-

KUALA LUMPUR: Bestinet Sdn Bhd recently announced that it has been appraised at level three of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), by the CMMI Institute.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organisations with elements of processes that improve their performance.

A level three appraisal shows that Bestinet is performing at a “defined” level.

At this level, processes are wellcharacterised and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods.

The organisation’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level three, is established and improved over time.

“Bestinet is proud to continue its practice of encouraging excellence and development through this CMMI appraisal,” said its chief executive officer, Ismail Mohd Noor.

“It demonstrates our commitment in delivering technologically innovative, client-centric and comprehensive cross-border technology solutions, applications and infrastructure for public and private sector clientele.

“It is proof of our proactive approach in managing projects and processes, while improving and producing great work that makes a difference.”

Bestinet has received three awards this year — SME Business Award in January, World Summit Award in March and BrandLaureate Award last month.

Bestinet has also been certified with ISO 9001:2015. This proves that Bestinet always strives to maintain its outstanding performance and focus on achieving success.

Established in 2008, Bestinet is an information technology organisation with a focus on delivering technologically innovative, client-centric and comprehensive cross-border technology solutions, applications and infrastructure setup for public and private sector clientele.

Bestinet is involved in the conceptualisation, development and deployment of end-to-end technology solutions and committed in its aim to deliver, as well as exceed client expectations.
