‘Streamlining of roles and responsibilities’ follows founder’s death last year

-

YTL Group has redesignated the roles of board members at three of its companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and at unlisted YTL Cement Bhd.

Datuk Yeoh Seok Hong was redesignated as MD, from executive director (ED) previously.

Francis Yeoh is now executive chairman of YTL Land & Development Bhd, from MD previously.

Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian has been redesignated as the MD, from ED previously.

Datuk Suleiman Abdul Manan stepped down from his current position as non-executive chairman and will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
