BROGANIA TERRACE HOMES IN SEMENYIH

an associate company to Jumway Holdings Group, had on July 1 unveiled the show unit of its latest residential project, Taman Sempurna Jaya, Brogania Terrace Homes in Semenyih, a freehold project with a gross development value of RM72 million targeted for completion by 2020.

The first development, comprising 138 units of guarded double-storey terrace homes, with land size of 20 ft by 65 ft and 20 ft by 70 ft, with build-up area between 1,772 sq ft and 1,894 sq ft.

The project is in Semenyih, an affluent township in Klang Valley close to various amenities, including international universities, colleges, schools and shopping. It’s also well connected to major cities such as Kajang, Bangi and Cheras through Lekas highway, Silk highway and Cheras-Kajang highway.

The location of Jian Wei’s maiden project in Semenyih will allow the company to showcase Jian Wei’s passion not only for development of quality homes but also a quality living environment.

In this respect, a key feature of the development are the green and open spaces for residents to relax and unwind after a hectic day in the city.

On the current slowdown in the property market, Jian Wei Development believes that there is still a large demand for properties within the Southern Kuala Lumpur area, as evidenced by the positive response received by Brogania Terrace Homes.

A host of activities and delectable food and drinks were prepared for visitors and their family members who visited the show unit in Jalan Broga.

An interesting event was the Dinosaur Discovery Edutour Programme for kids, which teaches them fossil discovery and craft making.
