Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara celebrates innovative FrenchMediterranean cuisine at one of its specialty restaurants, Nizza. A refined, contemporary-yetcasual French Riviera-inspired restaurant, Nizza promises to be an architectural delight, with light colours in its interiors and blueand-white flooring, evoking the sea and skies that brings comfort and style, as well as exudes cool and calm. Its chic pool deck ambiance is reminiscent of the coastline of Cote d’Azur with modern glass parasol pool bar, comfy beach cabanas and low modular seating.
Taking pride of place in the restaurant is the show kitchen where our chefs take centre stage to whip up a variety of specialty items upon request. This 135-seat restaurant features a variety of seating arrangements, from intimate corners for two to communal tables for groups of four or more. Interspersed with different dining tables guests are treated to a design drama, where the ambiance is energised with an emphasis on unique finishing ranging from highly detailed art deco and ceiling mural, to exotic lightings and a wine cellar that hundreds of wine bottles.
Nizza offers a variety of cuisine. These include duck liver pate, marinated white anchovies, nizza’s garden salad, summer niçoise salad, cheese board, garlic and herb-crusted spring lamb and white sturgeon caviar. The chefs recommended dishes are turkey “salchichon”, truffle & mushroom croquettes, garlic prawns, bouillabaisse cote de opal, charcuterie board, salted baked whole snapper, white sturgeon caviar as well as the provencal and lamb sausage pissaladiere. Hand-crafted cocktails and fine wines complement the cuisine as well as the relaxing atmosphere.
Nizza is open every Wednesday to Monday from 4.30pm to midnight. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm, top DJs transform the atmosphere at Nizza as they spin out tunes from their deck.
