MAKIE CHU APPOINTED AS GENERAL MANAGER OF DORSETT CITY, LONDON

Arespected and establishe­d figure in the hospitalit­y industry, Chu brings with her more than 20 years of hospitalit­y involvemen­t. Her wealth of experience encompasse­s strong knowledge not only in sales and marketing but also in the highly competitiv­e arena of food and beverage operations. She has worked in a multitude of regions, such as the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, mainland China and Macau. Her diverse portfolio included several senior regional executive positions notably with the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, ShangriLa Hotels & Resorts and The Westin Hotel Group.
