PAS has given Pakatan Harapan a “D” grade for failing to deliver 10 pledges in its manifesto within 100 days. Its deputy president, Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, said PH should get a mark of only between 27 and 30 per cent based on its achievements so far.

He said PH had fulfilled only 30 per cent of its election pledges.

He claimed that people had begun to doubt the commitment of the government to keeping its promises.

“PH has failed to fulfil its 100day pledges, the very pledges that they, not the people, made.

“This means the committee that drafted the pledges failed to do its research before sharing them with the people.

“Pas gives them a ‘D’ grade.

“They will have to ‘repeat the (examination) paper’,” he said at the Parliament lobby.

Tuan Ibrahim questioned PH’s failure to give focus on the 10 pledges, but instead began things that were not the priority of the people.

“The government wanted to do things that were not part of the manifesto, like creating a third national car and bringing back Formula 1 races.

“These are things that the people do not prioritise now.”

Asked whether PH could hold on to power for five years, the Kubang Kerian member of parliament said it depended on whether the coalition could add value to the country and carry out the people’s wishes.
