Everise Holdings acquires Hyperlab

-

KUALA LUMPUR: Everise Holdings has has acquired Hyperlab, Southeast Asia’s leading conversational artificial intelligence (AI) company.

The acquisition will see Everise take a majority stake in the local company, adding Hyperlab to its own suite of solutions that allow clients to interact with their customers at a time, place and channel of their choosing.

The acquisition of Hyperlab follows Everise’s partnership in March this year with Microsoft, whereby the two firms develop an AI platform to disrupt the contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry through an omnichannel customer service solution that targets voice, video and text interactions.

This will empower Everise to deliver an unprecedented, customer-centric experience by leveraging the power of AI.

The resulting C3 Labs incubate and develop AI solutions for the BPO industry, enabling firms to bridge the online and physical world and automating time-consuming tasks that enable BPO employees to concentrate on high value work.

Everise said by leveraging Hyperlab’s expertise in automating customer support and sales at scale, the company would be able to increase efficiency, while continuing to meet customer expectations.

Hyperlab’s Conversational AI Platform allows enterprises to automate and elevate customer experiences and employee experiences.

“Our acquisition of Hyperlab is the latest stage of our journey to becoming a true experience company, one that drives innovation and disruption in the BPO industry,” said Everise chief executive officer Sudhir Agarwal.
