NATIONAL carrier Malaysia Airlines will be offering up to 30 per cent discounts for its Double 11 and Year End Deals. Its chief revenue officer Ignatius Ong said this is an offer travel lovers should not miss.
“On November 11, customers can grab the Double 11 deals online to 11 destinations, namely Brisbane, Adelaide, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Beijing, Seoul, Kathmandu, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok and Surabaya. We urge you to grab this opportunity to score some great deals and book your holidays soon,” he said in a statement.
Customers who purchase economy class tickets during the Double 11 sale stand a chance to win a free business class upgrade by submitting their best captions in the Double 11 contest.
Specially for Enrich members, Malaysia Airlines will be giving away 1,111 Enrich Miles for every booking made during the Double 11 campaign. Members are only required to submit their booking details to qualify.
Both Double 11 contest and Enrich Miles claims will be available on Sunday at www.malaysiaairlines.com.
“Following this promotion, we also have the Year End Deals starting the next day. As usual, when you fly with Malaysia Airlines, you’ll enjoy a premium travel experience which includes baggage allowance of 40kg on all business class and 30kg for economy class travels to international destinations and 20kg on domestic.
“Customers can also enjoy complimentary meals and inflight entertainment when they purchase our tickets.” said Ong.
For the Year End Deals, customers can enjoy discounts to Malaysia Airlines’ destinations worldwide from Monday until November 16 for immediate travel until October 31 next year.
The deals include a wide range of travel perks such as 15 per cent off on preferred seat selection, extra baggage and Golden Lounge access at KL International Airport.
Additional offers include 20 per cent discounts for combo purchases of 10kg extra baggage and standard seat selection or lounge access and extra legroom seats.
Passengers will also stand a chance to win a pair of businessclass tickets to Tokyo via its MHinsure contest happening during the Year End Deals.
