Fly’s AM Mayhem’s offers lots of new content for viewers

THE Breakfast Team, which consists of Hafiz, Guibo and the latest addition to the club, RD, will now be known as Fly’s AM Mayhem. From running a week-long nationwide crowd sourcing campaign and even receiving submissions from local celebrities, the trio has finally settled on a name for their show.

“It’s exciting to have Malaysians play an active part in designing our new breakfast show. From taking a stand on discontinuing prank calls to naming us and even suggesting new ideas, this process represents the change in how the public now consume content.

“Ultimately as an audience focused brand, everything we do is for the listeners so it’s vital to constantly provide a platform for their feedback,” says Iman Zulkifli, Fly FM’s Head of Audience — English.

The show’s key feature is Teka Bersama Guibo where Guibo (who was raised in the US) picks an everyday word in Bahasa Malaysia for both Hafiz and RD (who was raised in Turkey) to guess.

Another feature that was introduced on the show is Lost In Translation where Hafiz, Guibo and RD have to figure out the lyrics of a song read by an Indonesian character called “Googlelina”.
