Use your muscles or you lose them! Have shortterm goals to achieve a long, healthier life.

Anti. I may not eat rice but I do like nasi lemak but only as a treat, once in a blue moon.

Besides burning off fat and increasing endurance, I’ve discovered that I can dance and perform in front of a crowd.

Mostly in the morning. Keeping to a consistent workout schedule is extremely important. It will help lower the risk of cardiovascular disease as one gets older.

15 DO YOU LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE EXERCISING?
Sometimes, but I also use the time for gospel reading! For example, I listen to Unlocking the Bible with David Pawson on YouTube while walking in the park.
