- Amir Hisyam Rasid

KUALA LUMPUR: Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, has joined forces with Maxx ‘N Go to deliver exclusive auto service and parts installation to Malaysians.

Consumers can now shop for car parts and accessories through Shopee’s platform and have them installed by Maxx ‘N Go’s crew. The services available include oil change and installation of spare parts and accessories.

Maxx ‘N Go chief technical director Tengku Djan Ley said the collaboration between Shopee and Maxx ‘N Go had created an exclusive first-in-Malaysia platform to deliver customers’ orders and provide installation services by trained technicians right at their doorstep.

“The strategic partnership makes perfect sense as it gives vehicle owners a convenient, time-saving means to sort out car needs, which can sometimes take hours at the workshop,” he said at the partnership signing ceremony, here, yesterday.

To enjoy the service, customers need to log into their Shopee account, purchase car parts, accessories or lubricants from Shopee’s participating sellers and Maxx ‘N Go will contact the buyer to schedule an appointment before sending over a team of professional technicians to deliver and install the products.

To find the participating sellers and products, users have to search for “Maxx N Go” on Shopee or look for their logo on the product.

“Vehicle care and maintenance has never been easier, as Maxx ‘N Go provides premium car service and installation, as well as free 15point car inspection wherever you are,” said Tengku Djan.

Maxx ‘N Go services with Shopee are available from 8.30am to 6.30pm daily in the Klang Valley and Seremban, with more locations to come in the near future.

To kick off the partnership, Maxx ‘N Go and Shopee will be offering customers an irresistible three-in-one launch promotion from now till Friday.

Shopee users will also receive a value-for-money package, consisting of a 20 per cent off from Shopee, on top of discounts on products purchased from Shopee’s participating sellers, and free delivery and installation from Maxx ‘N Go worth RM35.

Shopee Malaysia marketing lead Marianne Chuo said the partnership would benefit Malaysians.

This month also marks the Shopee Brands Festival celebration where Shopee users will be treated to Bonus Voucher Days on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 2x Coin Rewards Days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Free Shipping with minimum spend of RM20 during weekends from now until April 24 when they spend on brands in Shopee Mail.

On April 23, automotive enthusiasts will enjoy savings on car parts and accessories, and double the joy when they purchase products that come with the Maxx ‘N Go delivery and installation.
