An Egg-cellent Easter special will highlight the brunch spread at Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral’s all-day dining restaurant, with a combinatio­n of Western, Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines with a variety of dishes to satisfy everyone’s palate. Taking centrestag­e on the buffet line this Easter are Carving Station specials, Marinated Sous Vide Beef Ribs served with Yorkshire Pudding, Roasted Baby Potato, Vegetables with condiments, as well as Honey Glazed Meatloaf with Grilled Pineapple and Onion Sauce.

The Easter specials will also feature Poached Salmon on Ice served with Sliced Lemon, Chuka Lidako and Chuka Wakame as well as Long John bread, Nook’s take on the Malaysian favourite, Roti John. Asian favourites on the spread include Wok-fried Crab with Sweet Sour Sauce, Sze Chuan Lamb, Sambal Udang Petai, Sotong Goreng, Aloo Ghobi, Vegetable Dhal, Chicken and Beef Satay with peanut sauce, among others.

The Noodle station, a staple feature at the restaurant, will serve up Nook’s specialty dish, Sarawak Laksa, as well as Beef Soup and Curry Laksa Noodles.
