The Sama-Sama culinary team that is headed by Executive Chef, Chef Ahmad Farhan Noorzali is offering more than 100 dishes that is sure to satisfy your every craving.

A plethora of dishes which makes up the vibrant Malaysian culture such as the Malay traditiona­l salad, beef ghoulash stew, Jaipur vegetable beriani, Cantonese butter prawn and many more will be available.

There is also a display counter that serves fresh poached prawns and black mussels, assorted futomaki sushi rolls, variations of dried fruits, nuts and dates on top of the Malay traditiona­l kuehs including layer cake, pulut panggang, kuih apam, Raya traditiona­l biscuits, bubur cha-cha, serawa durian with sweet and sticky rice and sweet mung bean porridge.

There will be a richly decorated ballroom foyer space with iconic Malaysian traditiona­l 2D “PopOut” at the venue.

This will surely makes the perfect backdrop for that buka puasa posts on Instagram and Facebook.

Breaking your fast at Sama-Sama is not going to be complete if you do not try the popular mainstays such as roasted whole lamb, chicken tandoori, assorted grilled fish and satay that can be found outside of the Ballroom Foyer, porte-cochère.

While you’re at the porte-cochère, grab the chance to sneak in a conversati­on or two with the chefs at hand who will be preparing your dish according to your own personal preference.

It will certainly create your memorable moment at Sama-Sama.

On top of that, to satiate your sweet tooth, try the desserts such as the traditiona­l shaved ice, lai chi kang, ice cream and apam balik.

And to those of you who are durian fans, crack open the king of fruits to your heart’s content at the durian stall. Don’t forget to soothe off the ‘heat’ from eating durian with some milk-based beverages; coconut milkshake or banana milkshake.

Two bands, Cakial Band and El Montaro Band will entertain the guests during break fast session.

With the price of RM145 nett per person, the culinary team at the hotel also offers group bookings of 50 persons and above for the Ramadan banquet.
