Traditiona­l favourites at Summit Hotel KL

Summit Hotel KL City Centre present “Selera Kampung Citarasa Perak” complete with Ghazal melodies to enliven the ambience during the Ramadan month. The hotel will feature a bazaar concept to serve popular Ramadan favorites at eight different stalls.

It is a unique dining experience as guests will be able to sample dishes representi­ng the various districts in Perak.

The hotel’s dedicated chefs will prepare more than 100 dishes including nasi kabsah, ayam bakar percik sumbat pucuk ubi, udang masak kelio, kambing kerutub, daging dendeng, kari kepala ikan Batu Gajah, gulai nenas ikan masin Pangkor and masak lemak gulai pisang Parit.

There are also stalls that serve kambing golek Pasir Salak, lempeng tradisi Tok Anjang, popia basah Ipoh, rendang Tok Perak, murtabak Teluk Anson, laksa Sarang Bota, yong taufu Ulu Kinta and ABC Tanjung Malim.

For mouth-watering desserts, the selection includes bubur keladi Kak Limah, bubur kacang hijau, kasidah, cakar ayam, kuih bangkit, and bahulu among others.

Summit Hotel welcomes guests this Ramadan with “Moh Iftar” (“Let’s break fast”) with its offerings of favourites from Perak.

Appetisers are also aplenty such as kerabu nangka muda, kerabu kaki ayam, kerabu lidah lembu, kerabu udang celon, pecal kampung, acar betik muda, pais udang, ikan masin goreng, telur ikan goreng, udang goreng berempah, ulam-ulam Melayu, telur asin, acar rampai and acar buah.

The buffet is being offered until June 2.

The normal price is RM68nett (adult) and RM48nett (children).

For group or corporate bookings, it is priced at RM78nett (adult) and RM58nett (children).

The group promotion caters for a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 300 people at one time.
