Hardware galore
ON top of its intelligent solutions and data-centric infrastructure, Lenovo has announced hardware that is in line with its aims to bring smarter technology for all. “Lenovo has a broad portfolio of smart hardware products. We are striving to make existing devices, PCs, tablets, mobile phones etc. more intelligent, enabling them to become adaptive to various industry intelligence scenarios, empowering them to become devices capable of collecting data for intelligent IoT,” says Yuanqing Yang, chairman and chief executive officer of Lenovo.
LENOVO ONE
This is a cross-device engine, which includes One Connect, a feature that can connect PC to smartphone. It focuses on three scenarios: device collaboration, user data penetration, and application ecosystem convergence. The system aims to establish a new intelligent collaborative operation across devices, operating systems and scenarios in the SIoT era. It will make real the interconnection of multiple devices including mobile phones, computers, tablets and SIoT products. This system includes four levels: intelligent devices, connections and transmissions, applications and services, and smart applications.
LENOVO PERSONAL CLOUD STORAGE
This is suitable for the future and is an entry-level product for smart home servers. It is a combination of data storage and data management, helping users to easily manage multi-scenario, multi-product data collection, storage, intelligent management, remote sharing and other functions.
YOGA BOOK C930
The dual-display Yoga Book C930 with optional LTE connectivity, combines a gorgeous QHD display with a second E Ink panel that allows for multiple functions. The laptop comes with two screens side by side, easily morphing between keyboard, sketchpad and e-reader. It’s also easier on the eyes and lower in power consumption.
THINKPAD X1
The foldable PC joins the premium ThinkPad X1 family, promising that the unprecedented portability will in no way compromise productivity and reliability. It is not a phone, tablet or hybrid but a full-fledged laptop with a foldable screen.
PROJECT LIMITLESS
This is a PC built in collaboration with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform. This laptop is also the first laptop that hosts the Snapdragon X55 5G modem. In the 5G revolution era where devices are always-on, interconnected and AI-driven, the download/upload speeds proclaimed by Lenovo are just the beginning. The real hook is how Project Limitless crushes latency — the inescapable delay when sending or receiving data.
