Available for dine-in or takeaway, select from a wondrous array of specially created Yee Sang sets such as Yee Sang with Jelly Fish, Crispy Fish Skin & Mixed Fruits (RM68 for small, and RM98 for large); Yee Sang with Fresh Salmon Fish, Crispy Fish Skin and Mixed Fruits (RM98 and RM118); Yee Sang with Ice Fish with Ear Fungus, Crispy Fish Skin & Mixed Pickle ( RM98 and RM118); Yee Sang with Amaebi, Fresh Salmon Fish, Crispy Fish Skin & Mixed Fruits (RM108 and RM138); Yee Sang with Hokkaido Scallop, Crispy Fish Skin & Mixed Vegetables (RM128 and RM148); Yee Sang with Abalone, Cripsy Fish Skin & Mixed Fruits (RM148 and RM228) and Yee Sang and Whole Abalone with Amaebi, Crispy Fish Skin and Truffle Oil (RM158 and RM238).

Until Feb 10, the ChiProsnes­e New Year perity Set Menus featuring a mix of classic dishes as well as speciality dishes by Chef James will be available for gatherings with friends and family.

Take advantage of these special menus: Prosperity Menu A (RM1,288 nett per table of 10 perMenu sons), Prosperity B (RM1,688 nett per table 10 persons) and Prosperity Menu C (RM2,188 nett per table of 10 persons). Menus B and C includes a bottle of House Wine or Sparkling Wine.

For Prosperity Menu B, diners can look forward to Salmon Yee Sang with Crispy Fish Skin and Mixed Pickles, followed by Braised Sea Cucumber, Fish Lips and Crabmeat Soup with

Caterpilla­r Fungus Flower; Roasted Sesame Chicken Marinated with Sea Salt, Ginger and Herbs served together with Chicken Rolls; Steamed Dragon Tiger Grouper with Coriander, Ginger "Hong Kong" Style; Fragrant Fried Tiger Prawn with Sweet and Sour King Sauce; Braised Sea Cucumber and Flower Mushrooms and Seamoss with Dried Scallop Sauce; Steamed Mini Glutinous Rice, Smoked Duck wrap with Lotus Leaf and desserts Chilled Sea Coconut, Snow Fungus Chew Style, Steamed New Year Rice Cake with Shredded Coconut and Baked Lotus Flower Dumpling. Prosperity Menu C features an opulent spread, with Tuna Abalone Yee Sang with Assorted Mixed Pickle, Fruits and Truffle Oil; Braised Bird Nest Soup with Crabmeat, Dried Scallops and Fish Maw Sliced; Roasted Duck Marinated with Oriental Herbs, ginger, Garlic, Five Spices and Truffle Sauce; Steamed Dragon Tiger Garoupa Fish Fillet with Flower Mushrooms, Carrot with Superior Soya Sauce; Fragrant Fried King Tiger Prawns with Sea Salted, Five Spices and Pepper Corn; Stir Fried Black Pearl Sea Cucumber with Assorted Mixed Vegetables and Fungus served in Pumpkin Ring; Poach Egg Noodles with Honey Bonless Chicken and Special Soya Sauce, followed by desserts, Chilled Avocado Cream with Assorted Mixed Fruits; Deep Fried New Year Rice Cake with Yam and Potato and Steamed New Year Rice Cake with Shredded Coconut.

On the eighth day of Chinese New Year, the hotel will welcome a Lion Dance Troupe and everyone is invited. The Lion dance troupe will bless the hotel offices and outlets and the ceremony will end with an acrobatic stunt performanc­e at the main lobby at 12:30pm.
