In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Solarvest said the consortium comprised its whollyowned subsidiary Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd (ABSB) and Global Facilities Management Sdn Bhd (GFMSB).

“ABSB is principally engaged in the provision of EPCC services for solar PV systems and investments in solar PV plants, while Go Energy is a green energy and green technology solutions services provider.

“The contract price, project costs and share of the proceeds to be derived by the consortium from the project would be apportioned to ABSB and GFMSB in the ratio of 90 and 10 per cent, respectively.”

The project was expected to contribute positively to Solarvest for the year ending March 31 next year, it added.
