KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians continue to flout the Conditional and Recovery Movement Control Orders, leading to 369 arrests for breaching the standard operating procedures on Thursday.
Of the number, 330 were issued compounds, 37 were remanded and two were freed on bail, said Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He said the multi-agency team carrying out Op Benteng arrested 35 undocumented foreigners and seized five land vehicles.
He said the authorities spotted 86 boats and ships in the country’s waters during seven visual inspections.
Under Op Benteng, 264 roadblocks were mounted nationwide.
Ismail Sabri said up to Thursday, 801 more Malaysians had returned from abroad and were sent to quarantine centres nationwide.
Up to July 24, a total of 141,424 Malaysians had returned and were placed at 76 hotels, 10 public training institutions, as well as private learning institutions nationwide.

Meanwhile, the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) imposed on the Batu Gajah Rehabilitation Centre and its staff quarters in Kinta, Perak, ended yesterday.

“The cluster is under control and all positive cases, including their close contacts, have been isolated. The Health Ministry conducted 774 tests and 457 cases were reported.”
