NCT inks deal with Ayer Keroh Country Club

-

NCT Group aims to boost the development of sports tourism in Melaka, leveraging its strengths as a key property developer in the state.

It recently signed up for 2,000 golf memberships with Ayer Keroh Country Club Bhd.

NCT said with the development of its Ion Forte Green City at the club, the partnership will enable property buyers to enjoy complimentary golf membership.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali and NCT founder and group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy.

Ayer Keroh Country Club chief executive officer Datuk Dr Ahmad Zaini Mohd Amin said Ion Forte Green City’s attractiveness lies in its unique location within the club featuring a 27-hole golf course.

“We are optimistic about the response to this attractive package as we tap Melaka’s potential as a sports tourism destination.”

Founded in 1963, the Ayer Keroh Country Club is the first golf club to be established in Melaka and the third oldest golf club in Malaysia.

Yap said the pact will complement the lifestyle presented by Ion Forte Green City.

“The combination of luxurious, modern amenities and lush surroundings coupled with its strategic location are essential components of its vision to create a wellness living concept.”

Ion Forte Green City features five precincts of luxury serviced residences, wellness suites, a clubhouse and a lifestyle lakeside retail boulevard.

It is 14km from the Melaka city centre.
