With 11 years of experience under his belt, kim mun has a keen eye for fashion photography and is highly sought after in the fashion industry. The graphic design graduate believes in going back to basics when it comes to photography, as this brings out the most natural emotions in his subjects translated through his work. He has shot for many local and international magazines as well as print commercials for Malaysia, China and Vietnam. The photographer has a tendency to ride on the wild side as he harbours a passion for motorcycles and mountain bikes when he is not working on shoots. Founded back in 2007, eric chow who runs Blink Studio is easily recognised and well-known for his boisterous laughter and his take on big hair. He has a love for grunge and edgy outfits as well as classical music. Eric has one simple belief that everyone is born beautiful in their own natural way and loves finding different ways of capturing each individual’s beauty and personality through his lenses. Eric is known for his raw photography and has done several editorial and direct client photoshoots. Self-taught photographer vincent paul yong is known for his minimalist approach and his ability to connect seemingly opposite elements. Be it city and nature, religion and vice, vintage and modern, preppy and rock etc. He shot our political figures, Nik Nazmi and Yeo Bee Yin for this issue, in their most natural light with a touch of poise. An expert in maquillage, joey yap has been contributing consistently for us and our sister magazine August Man Malaysia, including fashion spreads and our Men of the Year specials. Her portfolio also encompasses weddings, events and artists such as MTV VJs, rock bands Neon Trees and 30 Seconds to Mars.
