Lagavulin blows out the candles on its 200th birthday with a quarter- century expression.

The Lagavulin 25 Year Old ( RM5,500) is a cask-strength peaty libation limited to 8,000 bottles worldwide. Re-released to commemorate the distillery’s double century, the names of all 12 distillery managers feature on the front to honour their achievements and the occasion. It is touted as the first 25 Year Old release matured exclusively in sherry casks.
