I read all the newspapers and journals, and don’t spend much time on the inflight entertainment. I tend to eat in the lounge and less inflight. I try not to bother anyone and keep to myself. I will be polite if someone engages me and then I will put on my headphones. Flying is a time to disengage. favourite airline I’ve been a long-time devotee of Singapore Airlines. I like the consistent service and their ability to recognise and implement my preferences. Best hotel for business I like to try new luxury hotels as it is part of my work and interest. I generally like smaller hotels with character, design and service.
Best overseas restaurant for a celebratory meal
I’ve had the most incredible meals at Yannick Alleno’s restaurants in Paris. Most inspiring destination I find inspiration i n m any p laces, b ut one place where I feel spiritually recharged is Soori Bali, the resort I own, designed and now operate. The stunning natural scenery, the connection with the local communities and the rhythm of traditional Balinese life feels like nowhere else; it’s a constant source of inspired energy.
