Sticky’s Whisky Sour

Equipment:

Shaker

Strainer

Crystal rock glass

Ingredient­s:

Bourbon 50 ml

Lemon juice 25 ml Simple syrup 20 ml

Egg white 1 Angostura bitters 2-3 dashes To Garnish: Dry lemon 1 slice • Add all the ingredient­s into the shaker and dry shake until they are well mixed.

• Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 20 seconds to chill the mix.

• Strain the concoction into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the lemon slice.
