Like grandfather, like grandson—chef Suppaiya Sivaraja’s career in the culinary arts was determined from the tender age of 12. Hailing from Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka’s tea country, Chef Siva signed up as a kitchen aid at Aliyaa and earned his stripes, eventually becoming head chef.
