River & Sea,’ ‘Forest & Earth’ or ‘Fire’? Categorise­d according to different elements, Cedar on 15’s offerings speak of their source. Lady Luck’s on your side if Nazrin happens to be assigned to your table; the attentive server is never too far away when you need him, and knows the menu like the back of his hand. We heeded his recommenda­tions and ordered all the signatures, from the cream of kohlrabi soup (spectacula­r in taste and presentati­on) to the Australian Wagyu ribeye steak (what it lacks in size it makes up for in taste). The compliment­ary amuse bouches were a nice touch. Cedar on 15’s beverages might not be too exciting, but will help scratch an itch. Six red and white wine selections are available by the glass while the cocktail menu is made up of 15 to 20 options.
