A Singaporean with a Cinderella story, Nicholas Scorpion started from the bottom rung of the ladder and earned his stripes by keeping his head down and working tirelessly. The well-traveled chef has staffed kitchens in some 10 countries including Indonesia, where he is scheduled to open his second restaurant in late 2019.
