Every dish, from the bright green olive mozzarella balls served on a bonsaisized tree to the Caviale di Tiramisu presented in a gold caviar container, serves to inspire wonderment and to whisk diners away from the mundanities of everyday life. The restaurant’s starters are their strongest suit. Take the Insalata Di Wagyu, for instance: house-made air-dried beef is incorporated in a refreshing salad with bitter endives and a tangy dressing. Most surprising of all is how the pasta dishes are merely passable—stick to the meatier mains instead.
