Husband and wife team Nadal Murray and Shahreen Bux, who also own Patty & Pie, clearly know their strengths and are sticking to them. While Crust’s menu is limited to pizzas and burgers, the family-friendly restaurant serves both impeccably. The menu caters to vegetarians and vegans to boot. The standard fillings and toppings are there for those who prefer the classic route, but there are also typical ingredients which excite. Take the Azzouzi pizza, for instance; crowned with ground lamb, tahini, feta cheese, roasted almond flakes and mint, sees Mediterranean influences. The alcohol-free establishment is equipped with a small play area for kids.
