Often raised in conversati­ons revolving around delicious Indian breads, Flour is a labour of love by founders Natasha Ng and Yogesh Upadhyay. The neoclassic­al interior speaks for how the restaurant is seeking to differenti­ate itself with more refined dishes such as the Kaleji, a slab of melt-in-the-mouth foie gras with sweet undertones, and the Laal Maans, a venison curry served with copious amounts of chilli. Many of Flour’s signature dishes are saucy so as to showcase their wide range of breads, which include naan, paratha, and gluten-free roti and purti made using pearl millet and amaranth flour.
