Worth every cent, the Sakura Omakase is comprised of zensai (appetiser), suimono (clear soup), sashimi (raw fish), yakimono (grilled dish), karaage (bite-sized dish), agemono (deep-fried dish), shokuji (main dish) and dessert. Those looking for something a little stronger than green tea can speak to the wait staff for a saké or wine recommendation, or browse the restaurant’s wine cellar. As expected of most chain establishments, the service is swift but the plating and presentation of dishes is rather unmemorable.
