Bar & Coffee and Delirium Café, the swanky restaurant outfitted with patterned wallpaper, mismatched furniture, rattan finishings and gold sculptures is a sight for sore eyes. Take in the glamorous surroundings while tucking into the Pais Barramundi, which sees fish wrapped in lerek leaves, the smoked duck served with ciku salsa and kafir lime paste, and other local specialities from different states. Dessert fiends will likely approve of Open House’s churros; spun out of sweet potato as an ode to the local kueh called keria, each baton is divine dipped in the accompanying chocolate cream.
