Plush custom furnishing, dramatic wall features (one looks like a garden is growing on it), and high colonial-style window shutters transport you into an old-world type of opulence at Yun. One has to try the dim sum menu, but while some of the offerings has a touch of luxe put into it, the flavours didn’t live up expectations. However, other menu items like the deep fried eggplant with cereal, Yun House special fried rice and fried carrot cake were extremely delicious. A rich meal like dim sum should always be accompanied by Chinese tea. As expected, there’s a good selection of tea with a variety of taste profiles to choose from. There was even a relatively substantial wine list available. Servers were affable and attentive, living up to the Four Seasons standards.
