The degustation menu comes highly recommended and starts off with a deliciously light and creamy cauliflower soup with poached eggs that is garnished with a hint of truffle and light croutons.
First starter of Hokkaido scallops showcases perfectly crispseared top and bouncy middle scallops sitting in a buttery lobster foam. The second starter of foie gras is really creative with apples served in three ways – sorbet, pureed and stewed. While the stewed apple encourages the caramelisation of the foie gras, the cold sorbet beautifully contrasts it with crispness. For mains, the US Black Angus is an excellent choice as it comes with an extravagant garnish of exquisitely done foie gras and truffle shavings. The diced mushroom and Rossini sauce provides a balanced aftertaste to the steak.
Save room for dessert as the Strawberry Lovers is an amazing combination of textures and colours with strawberries, cookie crumbs, sponge bits, pistachios, jellies and vanilla ice cream making it a wonder for the senses.
