A roast duck salad and wild mushroom soup order is a good place to start. The duck is moist and tender and its portioning good for sharing, though it’d be wise to have the sweet tangerine sauce separated from the salad. The soup is made of blended mushrooms and seasoned perfectly.
For mains, the seafood Estada comes highly recommended. It’s a Mediterranean-style barbequed seafood presented in skewers. The large, juicy chunks of fish, prawns and squid are marinated in a secret sauce and taste delicious even without the three sauces it comes with.
Another meaty choice of mains is the tenderloin steak. The meat is agonisingly tender and practically melts in the mouth. It is perfectly seasoned, as is the large piece of foie gras the dish comes with. While it comes with a mushroom sauce, the well grilled steak should be enjoyed as it is.
