Benoni Gardens to be launched Nov 15

KOTA KINABALU: The WSG Group will officially launch the show gallery of Benoni Gardens at Benoni Commercial Centre (BCC) in Papar on this Sunday, November 15, at 11 am.

Lunch will be provided after the launching ceremony, and the show gallery is open to the public Monday to Sunday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Benoni Gardens consists a total of 230 units divided into two 13-storey condominium towers.

The residential development offers three types of condominium units, namely 24 units of one-bedroom condos of 560 square feet, 50 units of three-bedroom and two-bathroom condos of 900 sq ft, and 156 units of threebedroom and two-bathroom condos of 990 sq ft.

The one-bedroom condos are offered at prices ranging from RM163,800 to RM181,800, while the 900 sq ft condos are offered at prices ranging from RM228,800 or RM254 per sq ft to RM254,800 or RM283 per sq ft.

The prices of the 990 sq ft condos range from RM263,800 or RM266 per sq ft) to RM299,800 or RM300 per sq ft.

Although the depreciation of ringgit and implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) have caused prices of building materials and, consequently, construction costs to go up, WSG Group has strived to maintain the prices of Benoni Gardens condominium units within an affordable range.

Benoni Gardens, which nestles within the new BCC township, provides convenient access to shops, supermarket, shopping centre, fast food restaurants and college.

Facilities at Benoni Gardens include a sheltered parking space for each unit, public garden, children’s playground and more.

The development, located off the Pan Borneo Highway, is only three minutes drive away from Papar town and in close proximity to Papar Middle School.

The residential development is also located near the Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) in Kimanis and Borneo Native Cultural and Tourism Centre.
