Zenyie holds marble furniture, paintings exhibition at Star City Mall

KOTA KINABALU: Zenyie Furniture has once again arrived at Kota Kinabalu showcasing exhibition on high quality natural marble dining sets and oil paintings here at Star City Mall which started yesterday 17 June, till 9 July 2017.

Its proprietor Ng Kim Hoi said marble furniture collectors and enthusiasts, especially this festive Hari Raya season, should not miss the opportunity to visit the exhibition.

He said nowadays, marble dining sets have gained much popularity among home owners and restaurant operators for its natural beauty and durability.

“Marble is unique because every piece of natural marble has different colours and patterns,” Ng added.

Besides, he said other characteristics of marble such as its hardness and reflective quality make it excellent material for top range furniture pieces especially table tops.

“These marble dining sets are made in Malaysia at Ipoh, Perak, where the marble slabs were carved from a hill then polished to a high gloss look and only the best were selected for furniture making,” he explained.

For its footing, the polished marble slabs were then matched with nyatoh wood, a type of local wood which is known for its strength and durability. The dining chairs are also made of nyatoh wood. In addition to local marbles, there are also crystal white marble table tops imported from Vietnam.

Apart from marble dining sets, Zenyie Furniture is also offers granite dining sets which are known for its hardness and almost impossible to be scratched.

For art painting enthusiasts, there is a wide variety of Chinese water colour paintings and oil paintings which depict breathtaking landscapes and also flowers and animals.
