Foundation studies at zero fees

At First City University College, we help you to discover your bright future through the building of strong foundation since you first step into our campus. We too invest in your education by nurturing you to become graduates who are industry-ready and able to secure employment as soon as you complete your tertiary education.
First City UC graduates and students are highly sought-after – many of them were offered jobs before graduation with some receiving on-the-spot job offers during students’ portfolio showcases and project exhibitions which were often attended by industry representatives and prospective employers.
Foundation programmes with pathways to various programmes. First City UC offers three university foundation programmes, namely Foundation in Art and Design, Foundation in Business Administration, and Foundation in Engineering, Science and Technology.
Each of the one-year intensive course leads to a range of specialisation to be pursued during undergraduate degree programmes in the fields of Business, Mass Communication, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Design and Built Environment, Engineering and Computing. During the year, you study for three semesters under modules specially-designed to acquire basic knowledge and skills you can expand on when you pursue your degree programme.
These modules will help you to discover your passion and interest, after which you can opt for subjects and elective modules related to the disciplines you wish to specialise in during Semesters 2 and 3.
We offer industry-relevant programmes at affordable fees as well as various financial assistances in the form of scholarships, incentives and attractive discounts on tuition fees.
Students who wish to pursue our Foundation programmes can take advantage of the All-in-1 Package which allows you to register for any of the 3 foundation programmes at Zero fees if you commit to continue with a bachelor’s degree programme with us.
Registration isalso open for other programmes at Diploma, Degree and Master levels for intakes in August, September and October 2017.
Students will be able to enjoy the Early Bird Discount off the first semester’s tuition fees if they register now.
